Adopt a Pastor in India
Your Help is Needed

 

   

Heart of God International Ministries is reaching thousands of people in areas heavily influenced by the Hindu culture and religion.  We have nearly thirty pastors who are working with us to reach the lost for Jesus Christ.  These pastors live to give -- literally!  They minister to the people in their tribal villages day after day, many without support from their small congregations. 

We learned while in India that most of the pastors in the tribal areas outside Rajahmundry are extremely indigent ... the others are very much in need as well.  They lack the ability to provide for their own families and fulfill their calling to minister in their villages.  The call they feel is so strong that they have stepped out in faith believing that God will make a way for them to provide for their families while fulfilling their call to full-time ministry.

These pastors need you!  We need people who will reach out of the depths of their own hearts and say they will adopt a pastor and his family.  For only $15 a month, you can insure food on the table and the basic necessities of life for an entire family of one pastor.  That's all ... just $15 a month.

You can adopt a pastor one of two ways:

2.  You can set up a regular monthly donation using PayPal by clicking the "Adopt a Pastor" button above.

Your donations are 100% tax deductible.  If you use the PayPal option, please be sure we have your address so we can send you a receipt for your donation.

We went out to lunch recently while we were out shopping for some garden equipment. Our lunch cost us $12.50 – that bought two meals and two drinks.  I thought about it as I paid the bill – we just spent what could make the difference between eating and not eating for an entire month for an entire family!  I nearly cried. 

 

We need you, our partners and friends, to step up to the challenge brought before us.  Pray along with us that God will lay it on the hearts of many to make monthly commitments to these pastors.  The amount of $15.00/month is hardly noticeable to those of us in the US, yet it makes a huge difference in a culture such as India.  Many of the pastors need more than the $15.00/month, but this is a beginning for them AND it is personal confirmation to them of God's promise to provide for them as they labor in the fields for Him.
